Yan Lee is an exceptional realtor. I had to sell my sister’s condo in Brooklyn Heights when she became unable to care for herself. I live in Arizona so when I got to Brooklyn I had no idea where to start. I was referred to Yan Lee and couldn’t have had a better realtor or person to work with. She assisted me with every step and never seemed like anything was too little or too large to manage. Thanks for her help and guidance I was able to sell my sister’s condo for top dollar and close quickly. She knew exactly where improvements were needed and offered guidance in accomplishing them. She always had time for me and was always so kind. She is a true professional and a very kind person. She went above and beyond helping me to get my sister’s belongings moved to Arizona. She made what was hard, easy and accomplished everything efficiently. Yan Lee is a very professional, yet empathetic individual that I had the absolute pleasure to work with.

My partner and I worked remotely with Yan Lee securing an apartment in Brooklyn all the way from California. Yan Lee was super accommodating, pleasant to interact with, and very responsive. My roommate and I had an excellent experience working with Yan Lee to secure a rare gem apartment in Cobble Hill! She was extremely communicative, personable and informative throughout what can be a very daunting, faceless process. She went out of her way to show us around the area after showing the apartment and worked with the landlord to make sure our lease fit our needs exactly. I know Yan for over 15 years, she has always took care of my real estate porfolio and once again she help close quickly on a tight deadline investment property and she got me a strong tenant approved by the board within 2 weeks of putting it on the market. For my first apartment search since COVID, I had the pleasure of working with Yan Lee on my next place. Yan Lee has become part of the family she is so incredible. The first time we listed our condo downtown Brooklyn, she found us an incredible tenant within a day. He stayed for about 5 years. She then found the next tenant who stayed for another few years. She then found my current tenant who has been here for about 5-6 years. She does thorough background checks, focusing on fiscal stability. If you want someone who will give you an honest appraisal of your property, who is kind, knowledgeable, efficient and will get you incredible (clean, respectful and paying) tenants, then look no further. As the market has been odd right now, I recommend putting your trust in Yan. Thank you for your years of helpfulness!
